So I’m new in SJ. Had many many places to choose from and this was the Lucky place for me and for them. The two gentlemen men at the front desk were very welcoming. Showed me around the facility and I decided on the unit that was just right for me. But most importantly were the two guys who assisted me and took the time to show me my options. This two guys are an asset to the company by far. I’m rather picky and they are rather accommodating. So thank you very much. I had a great experience with Mike! If it wasn’t for him we would have moved on to other storage areas and he made our experience amazing as we also live near by making this a great experience. Most storage places don’t give a damn about your situation but this place does with Mikes help. The HQ could do a better job of maintaining this Brand New Building but that’s up to them. Mike has made this place the place to get storage no doubt. HQ however needs to use him ( Mike ) as their example.
